Giriş ekranındaki Şifremi unuttum bağlantısına dokun ve kayıtlı e-posta adresini gir. Sıfırlama bağlantısı e-postana gelir ve 30 dakika geçerlidir.
E-posta gelmediyse: spam / gereksiz klasörüne bak. Bağlantı coinbetapp.com adresinden gelir. Yeni bir bağlantı istemek için 60 saniye beklemen gerekir.
Hesabımı silmek istiyorum
Uygulamanın içinden, bize sormadan silebilirsin: Profil → Profili Düzenle → Hesabı Sil. Şifreni onayladıktan sonra hesabın, coinlerin, kuponların, yorumların ve sıralama puanın kalıcı olarak silinir.
Bu işlem geri alınamaz ve silinen bir hesap geri getirilemez.
Coinlerim ne oldu?
Coinler sanaldır ve parasal değeri yoktur. Satın alınamaz, paraya çevrilemez, başka kullanıcıya aktarılamaz. Coinler yalnızca ücretsiz başlangıç bonusu, haftalık giriş ödülleri ve görev ödülleriyle kazanılır.

Kuponum yanlış sonuçlandı
Maç sonuçları, oranlar ve istatistikler API-Football adlı veri sağlayıcıdan gelir. Bir seçimin sonucu güvenilir biçimde doğrulanamazsa seçim iade edilir ve oranı 1,00 sayılır; ertelenen veya iptal olan maçlarda da aynısı olur.
Sonucun yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorsan kupon numarasını ve maçı yaz; kontrol edip gerekiyorsa düzeltiriz.
Uygulama açılmıyor veya maçlar gelmiyor
- Bağlantını kontrol et ve uygulamayı tamamen kapatıp yeniden aç.
- Sorun sürüyorsa coinbetapp.com adresini tarayıcıdan aç — orada çalışıyorsa sorun uygulama kabuğundadır, bize yaz.
- Maç listesi boş görünüyorsa üstteki gün seçicisinden başka bir güne geç; o güne ait oynanmamış maç kalmamış olabilir.
Bir kullanıcıyı veya yorumu şikayet etmek
Her yorumun ve paylaşılan kuponun yanındaki ⋯ menüsünde Şikayet Et ve Kullanıcıyı Engelle seçenekleri var. Şikayetler incelenir; kural ihlali içeren içerik 24 saat içinde kaldırılır ve gerekirse hesap kapatılır.

Something wrong, or something you found? Write to support@coinbetapp.com — we usually reply within 2 business days, and within 5 at the latest.
Including the email address you use, your phone model and a screenshot lets us fix it much faster.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and enter your registered email address. A reset link is emailed to you and is valid for 30 minutes.
If it does not arrive: check your spam folder. The link comes from coinbetapp.com. You have to wait 60 seconds before requesting another one.
I want to delete my account
You can do it from inside the app without asking us: Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Once you confirm your password, your account, coins, slips, comments and ranking points are permanently deleted.
This cannot be undone, and a deleted account cannot be restored.
What happened to my coins?
Coins are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be bought, cashed out or transferred to another user. They are earned only through the free welcome bonus, weekly login rewards and mission rewards.
If your balance changed in a way you did not expect, write to us with your slip number and we will look at how it was settled.
My slip was settled incorrectly
Match results, odds and statistics come from a data provider called API-Football. If a selection's outcome cannot be verified reliably it is voided and counted at odds of 1.00; the same applies to postponed and cancelled matches.
If you think a result is wrong, send us the slip number and the match; we will check it and correct it if needed.
The app will not open, or no matches are showing
- Check your connection, then fully close the app and reopen it.
- If it persists, open coinbetapp.com in a browser — if it works there, the problem is in the app shell, so write to us.
- If the match list looks empty, pick a different day in the date strip at the top; there may be no unplayed matches left on that day.
Reporting a user or a comment
The ⋯ menu next to every comment and shared slip has Report and Block User. Reports are reviewed; content that breaks the rules is removed within 24 hours and the account may be closed.
