CoinBet'te hesap açtığında bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kısaca: CoinBet sanal coinlerle oynanan, eğlence amaçlı bir tahmin uygulamasıdır. Gerçek para yoktur, ödül yoktur, kazanç yoktur.
CoinBet nedir, ne değildir
CoinBet, futbol maçları üzerine sanal coinlerle tahmin yapmanı sağlayan bir eğlence uygulamasıdır. Bir bahis şirketi değildir, bahis kabul etmez ve kumar hizmeti sunmaz.
- Para yatırma ve para çekme yoktur.
- Sanal coinlerin parasal değeri yoktur; paraya, hediyeye veya başka bir ödüle çevrilemez.
- Coinler satın alınamaz, başka kullanıcıya aktarılamaz ve uygulama dışında kullanılamaz.
- Uygulamadaki oranlar gerçek bahis oranları değil, veri sağlayıcıdan gelen bilgi amaçlı verilerdir.
Kimler kullanabilir
CoinBet'i kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olman gerekir. Bulunduğun ülkenin yasalarına uymak senin sorumluluğundadır.
Hesabın
- Kayıt olurken doğru bilgi vermelisin; geçerli bir e-posta adresi, şifreni sıfırlayabilmen için gereklidir.
- Bir kişi tek hesap açabilir. Sıralamayı veya ödülleri etkilemek için açılan çoklu hesaplar kapatılabilir.
- Şifreni korumak senin sorumluluğundadır. Hesabınla yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.
- Hesabını istediğin an, uygulama içinden, kimseye sormadan silebilirsin: Profil → Profili Düzenle → Hesabı Sil.
Sanal coinler ve ödüller
Coinler yalnızca şu yollarla kazanılır: ücretsiz başlangıç bonusu, haftalık giriş ödülleri ve görev ödülleri.
- Coinler bir mülkiyet veya alacak hakkı doğurmaz; uygulama içi bir puandan ibarettir.
- Bir hata, açık veya kötüye kullanım tespit edilirse bakiyeni ve kupon sonuçlarını düzeltme hakkımız saklıdır.
- Hesabın silindiğinde veya kapatıldığında coinlerin de silinir; herhangi bir tazminat ödenmez.
Maç verileri ve kupon sonuçları
Maç, oran, istatistik ve sonuç verileri üçüncü taraf sağlayıcı API-Football'dan gelir. Kuponlar bu verilere göre sonuçlandırılır.
- Veri sağlayıcıdan gelen bilgiler gecikebilir, eksik olabilir veya sonradan düzeltilebilir.
- Bir seçimin sonucu güvenilir biçimde doğrulanamazsa, seçim iade edilir ve oranı 1,00 sayılır.
- Maç ertelenir veya iptal edilirse ilgili seçim iade edilir.
- Açık bir veri hatası sonradan düzeltilirse, sonuçlandırılmış bir kuponu da düzeltebiliriz.
Topluluk kuralları
Yorumlar, kupon paylaşımları ve kullanıcı adları için geçerlidir. Şunlar yasaktır:
- Hakaret, taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi ve ayrımcılık;
- Spam, reklam, bağlantı paylaşımı ve yönlendirme;
- Gerçek bahis, kumar veya para karşılığı hizmet tanıtımı;
- Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek veya kişisel bilgilerini paylaşmak;
- Yasa dışı içerik.
Her yorumun ve paylaşılan kuponun yanında Şikayet Et ve Kullanıcıyı Engelle seçenekleri bulunur. Şikayetler incelenir; kural ihlali içeren içerik 24 saat içinde kaldırılır ve gerekirse hesap kapatılır.
Hesabın askıya alınması veya kapatılması
Bu koşulların ihlali, sistemin kötüye kullanılması, otomatik araç kullanımı veya diğer kullanıcılara zarar verilmesi hâlinde hesabını uyarı vermeden askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Bir yanlışlık olduğunu düşünüyorsan support@coinbetapp.com adresine yazabilirsin.
Hizmetin sürekliliği
CoinBet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz çalışacağını, verilerin her zaman güncel olacağını veya uygulamanın hatasız olduğunu garanti etmiyoruz. Bakım, veri sağlayıcı kaynaklı kesintiler veya teknik sorunlar nedeniyle hizmet geçici olarak durabilir. Sanal coinlerin parasal değeri olmadığından, bu tür kesintiler için tazminat talep edilemez.
Fikrî mülkiyet
CoinBet adı, logosu, arayüzü ve yazılımı MKS Mobile Studio'ya aittir. Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya izinsiz olarak yeniden dağıtamazsın. Yazdığın yorumlar ve paylaştığın kuponlar sana aittir; bunları uygulama içinde göstermemiz için bize izin vermiş olursun.
Koşullar değişirse
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.

By creating a CoinBet account you accept these terms. In short: CoinBet is an entertainment prediction app played with virtual coins. There is no real money, no prize and no payout.
What CoinBet is, and is not
CoinBet is an entertainment app that lets you predict football matches using virtual coins. It is not a bookmaker, it does not accept wagers, and it does not provide gambling services.
- There are no deposits and no withdrawals.
- Virtual coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or any other prize.
- Coins cannot be bought, cannot be transferred to another user, and have no use outside the app.
- The odds shown are not real betting odds; they are informational data supplied by a data provider.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoinBet. Complying with the laws of your own country is your responsibility.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you register; a valid email address is what makes a password reset possible.
- One person may hold one account. Multiple accounts created to influence the ranking or rewards may be closed.
- Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. You are responsible for what happens through your account.
- You can delete your account at any time, from inside the app, without asking anyone: Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account.
Virtual coins and rewards
Coins are earned only through the free welcome bonus, weekly login rewards and mission rewards.
- Coins create no ownership or claim of any kind; they are an in-app score, nothing more.
- If a bug, exploit or abuse is found, we may correct your balance and the outcome of affected slips.
- When your account is deleted or closed your coins go with it, and no compensation is paid.
Match data and slip results
Match, odds, statistics and result data come from the third-party provider API-Football. Slips are settled against that data.
- Provider data may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after the fact.
- If a selection's outcome cannot be verified reliably, the selection is voided and counted at odds of 1.00.
- If a match is postponed or cancelled, the affected selection is voided.
- If a clear data error is corrected later, we may also correct a slip that has already been settled.
Community rules
These apply to comments, shared slips and usernames. The following are not allowed:
- Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech and discrimination;
- Spam, advertising, link-dropping and referrals;
- Promotion of real betting, gambling or paid services;
- Impersonating someone else or posting another person's private information;
- Illegal content.
Every comment and shared slip carries Report and Block User options. Reports are reviewed; content that breaks these rules is removed within 24 hours and the account may be closed.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close your account without prior notice if these terms are broken, if the system is abused, if automated tools are used, or if other users are harmed. If you think a mistake has been made, write to support@coinbetapp.com.
Availability
CoinBet is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption, that data will always be current, or that the app is free of errors. The service may pause temporarily because of maintenance, provider outages or technical problems. Because virtual coins have no monetary value, no compensation can be claimed for such interruptions.
Intellectual property
The CoinBet name, logo, interface and software belong to MKS Mobile Studio. You may not copy the app, reverse-engineer it, or redistribute it without permission. The comments you write and the slips you share remain yours; by posting them you give us permission to display them inside the app.
If these terms change
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so inside the app. Continuing to use CoinBet after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute.
